We cannot except food item returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and any defective, damage or incorrect item simply contact customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’d be happy to assist you. Valid defect or damage claim in a form of photograph is requested and sent to customer service, please Include image of product, packaging, and receipt of invoice. email@example.com
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. There is a flat rate $10.00 charge for orders under $50.00.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please check your junk/spam email if you do not see an email confirmation, some email service providers could automatically route to junk/spam mailbox.
If you do not receive your order within 7-10 business days of receiving shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid address with secure delivery. We cannot refund or replace items marked as "delivered" by a carrier. However, please reach out if your package is missing and our customer service team can assist you. In addition, please be sure to check all entrances to your home or building, in addition to checking with your neighbors! If a package is returned to us (the sender) for any reason, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to resend package.
