Chef John created these milder hot sauces because he found that most of the hot sauces out there were either designed to be super hot, or they were too vinegary or salty. So he brewed up six amazing hot sauce flavors, all of them a little milder than your typical hot sauce. These hot sauces were designed to pair with food, rather than overwhelm it with heat or salty vinegar flavor.
