Chef John is slinging some Cooper’s Small Batch hot sauce at The Fiery Food Show this weekend! The 31st National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show is going from March 1-3, 2019 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our Colorado Hot Sauces have been a hit at the show, which features chile peppers, fiery foods like hot sauces, and barbecue. The Fiery Food Show has been going on for over 30 years, founded by Dave Dewitt, and has brought spice-loving-fans from around the world to taste free samples and purchase the best tasting hot sauces, salsas, spices, BBQ sauces and other chile pepper inspired items.
If you're in New Mexico and you like it spicy, make sure you stop by our booth and sample some of our amazing small-batch hot sauces. Unlike many of the hot sauces in the show which were designed for wicked heat, we have cooked up some amazing hot sauces that have some heat but are not overwhelming.
