Cooper's Small Batch Hot Sauces are made in small batches right here in Denver, Colorado.
We use fresh, all-natural ingredients to craft up the best hot sauces that you'll love to add to nearly everything. Our hand-crafted Denver-made hot sauces are milder than most of the hot sauces available, as we designed these to pair with food, rather than overwhelm your tastebuds with too much heat, vinegar or salt. These Denver hot sauces were NOT designed to be the hottest hot sauces in the world. We like heat, but we also love to taste our food!
These are Chef hot sauces – Chef John created them for our former Denver restaurant, The Crushery, because he had a hard time finding hot sauces that didn't overpower the food they served. So, he brewed up his own hot sauces, and they became so popular that we started bottling and selling them and Cooper's Hot Sauces was born (which we named after son, Cooper.) Our six amazing flavors (and are brewing up new flavors soon, TBA!) are vegan and preservative-free.
Because we make these Denver hot sauces in small batches from fresh ingredients, no preservatives or fillers are needed – our hot sauces get their thickness and flavors entirely from chiles, onion, garlic, dates, and other all-natural, real ingredients. When you read our hot sauce labels, you'll recognize every ingredient. So when you're adding our sauces, you're adding wonderful flavors that will enhance your dishes without adding unnecessary preservatives or too much sodium. Make sure to try our sell-out favorite, our special white hot sauce named Leche Diablesa. This white sauce has a spicy heat paired with creamy coconuts and lime for a flavor that makes any dish sing. Another customer favorite is our Tomatillo Hot Sauce: Jal up-in yo Tomatillo – this tasty green hot sauce brightens any dish with a burst of garden-fresh zing. Tomatillos have a unique flavor that enhances food, and this hot sauce keeps their amazing flavor on hand for adding to any recipe.
Our is dark, Chipotle Hot Sauce: Smokin' Hot Date is smoky and sweet with a nice heat. With fresh smoked chipotle peppers, dates, and garlic, this hot sauce makes a great dipping sauce, or drizzled over hummus, stews, sandwiches, roasted vegetables, meats, and so much more.
Our Jerk Hot Sauce: Jerk My Chain is also a culinary delight, providing any dish with a spicy jerk Caribbean flavor and medium heat. Not too spicy, this all-natural Denver-made jerk sauce can be enjoyed on chicken wings of course, but don't limit it to just wings, try it with roasted cauliflower, potatoes, rice and beans , or sprinkle it on tacos for instant jerk-tacos, or add to sandwiches for a tropical flair.
One of our hotter Denver hot sauces (but it's still not THAT hot), is our beloved Habanero Hot Sauce: Grundle Thumper
– we love the label with our bicycle-riding elephant – this hot sauce packs a lot of punch but it's still elegant and food-forward. This one seems to be the first one that disappears out of our hot sauce gift set, maybe because it has a nice rich fruity heat from Habaneros and Arbol Chiles that makes you want to keep adding more onto your food.
And last, but not least, is another Denver customer favorite, our Thai Hot Sauce: Thai Me Up which has amazing flavor provided by curry, lime leaves and red chile. This all-natural vegan Thai sauce is delicious over Asian dishes as well as added to pastas, or roasted vegetables.
